Feasibility
Study Package
This package is an in-depth evaluation study of raw land including power, water, sewage, and soil testing. The study provides a detailed estimate of the infrastructure costs.
Design & Construction Estimate
Our design team uses a state-of-the-art system which allows us to create a custom design. Each department is kept on budget with a precision tool that marries the materials list to the design itself.
On-Site Consultations
We keep you included in each step of the construction phases! You'll be able to see your home in progress and ask questions to ensure the vision of your dream home is realized.
The Finishing
Touches
This is the fun part! While our designers will do the heavy lifting so you do not get overwhelmed by all the tiny details, we definitely want your new house to feel like home by expressing your personality through the finishing touches.

Eugene (you-jean) manages our luxury remodel department. We often get requests for custom remodels as well as new construction custom homes. Eugene's expertise is taking an older home and transforming it into your luxury dream house.

Jeenou (Jee-know) serves on the team as a Project Technician working daily to move permits down the line. He works directly with the city contacts and sub-contractors to keep the process moving as quickly as possible.
